Music
.
"There's no such thing as a wrong note," said jazz pianist Art Tatum.
"It all depends on how you resolve it." Jazz trumpeter Miles Davis had a
similar philosophy. "It's not the note you play that's the wrong note,"
he said. "It's the note you play afterwards that makes it right or
wrong."

Osho: Friendship, Love, Maturity
“One thing: you have to walk, and create the way by your walking;
you will not find a ready-made path. It is not so cheap, to reach to the
ultimate realization of truth. You will have to create the path by
walking yourself; the path is not ready-made, lying there and waiting
for you. It is just like the sky: the birds fly, but they don't leave
any footprints. You cannot follow them; there are no footprints left
behind.”

“I love this world because it is imperfect. It is imperfect, and
that's why it is growing; if it was perfect it would have been dead.
Growth is possible only if there is imperfection. I would like you to
remember again and again, I am imperfect, the whole universe is
imperfect, and to love this imperfection, to rejoice in this
imperfection is my whole message.”

About this author
Chandra Mohan Jain, called Osho in only the last year of his life, was born on December 11, 1931 and died on January 19, 1990.
Osho was born in the home of his maternal grandparents, in Kuchwada, located in the Madhya Pradesh state in India. He lived with his grandparents until he was seven years old. He was spoiled by his grandmother – he did not have to go to school or do anything that he did not want to do.
His family were members of the Taran Panth sect of Jainism (a religion that calls for a path of non-violence towards all living beings, and relies on self-effort in progressing the soul on the spiritual ladder to divine consciousness.)... more

Rain ~ AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
.
When rain falls on dry land, it activates certain compounds
in the soil that release a distinctive aroma.
"Petrichor" is the word for that smell.
If you ever catch a whiff of it when there's no rain,
it's because a downpour has begun somewhere nearby,
and the wind is bringing you news of it.
I suspect that you will soon be awash
in a metaphorical version of petrichor, Aquarius.
A parched area of your life is about to receive much-needed moisture.
in the soil that release a distinctive aroma.

The Spirit of Guidance
.
As the light of the sun helps the plant to grow,
so the divine Spirit helps the soul towards its perfection.
Bowl of Saki, April 8, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
The Spirit of Guidance is a plant that grows and blossoms when it meets with response and care; and when it is watered by the rainfall of divine inspiration it blooms in the light of the divine sun. The Spirit of Guidance is the light of God, which may be likened to a lantern that the farmer carries when walking on the farm in the darkness of night. It is like a searchlight, which shows up any object upon which it is thrown; and so when the light of the Spirit of Guidance is thrown upon any aspect of life, man receives a keen insight into it. In the Spirit of Guidance one finds a living God active in the heart of every person.

I've always said "there's no wrong notes in music" and it's impossible to make a mistake when you play music, it's just how you incorporate the note in what follows. When my finger slips, it ends up taking me in a different direction. It's often quite a good thing.
All music makes a melody. Every single note fits with the others. That's what I believe and my experience, running in that Silver Stream.
